Other Forestry & Logging Services - Forest Cocesion in Peru 23,000 Hectares lodging permit ready for 5,000 Hectares.
Our Company has acquired the rights to undertake lodging in the Peruvian Amazon. We have a concession totaling 23,000 hectares, of those, 5,700 hectares have been approved for immediate lodging for a period of 5 years by the Peruvian Government; this is renewable for 20 years. We are looking for a Company to undertake our rights or exploit it in a joint venture basis those 5,700 hectares. This concession is located in the Department of Ucayali, Province of Coronel Portillo, in the Masisea District. An inventory of the species and volumes approved for lodging have been made, totaling 39,269 trees with a commercial volume average per hectare (Vcp) totaling 165,322 in 5,700 hectares. It’s located very close to a river for easy transportation to Pucallpa. The inter-oceanic highway that will connect Peru and Brazil goes very close. We have very good relation with the few natives in this property. Among the varieties we have Paramacherum ormosoide, Caríniana domestícate, Calycophyltum spruceanum, Hura crepitans, Cedrela odorata, Copaifera reticulata, Virola sp., Myroxylon balsanum, Ormosia sunkei,Ceiba pentandra, Amburana cearensis, Ficus sp, Chorísia integrifolia, Simarouba amara, Aniba sp, Shizolobium sp., Aspidosperma macrocarpon, Aspidosperma subincanum, Manilkara bidentata, Guarea trichiloides, Coumaruna odorata, Tabebuia sp and Cedrelinga catenaeformis among others. Interested buyer can visit the site with letter of intention (LOI). Investor to bear all cost leading to project confirmation and thereafter. Minimal equity seeks as compensation for finder’s fee.
